Are your items Authentic?
 
They are authentic, brand new in original packing. As we can guarantee you: WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU WILL GET!! If you find any quality problem, when you receive the items, you can just send the items back to us, we will offer you a full refund.
 
When will I receive my merchandise?
 
Quick Ship Stock items are usually ship in two days, when ordered by 2 PM eastern time. DHL/FedEX/EMS picks up daily and your order is shipped by DHL/FedEX/EMS Ground service unless otherwise specified. Shipping times vary depending on your state or your country. We do ship worldwide via our Postal Services.Special Order items usually ship out as indicated on the product pages, from 1 to 5 days after placing your order.But busy Holiday periods may affect the shipping date of your order. Whenever possible we urge you to plan ahead.
 
 
What are your methods of payment?
 
We accept credit cards, Western Union, etc. Note: All prices are listed in AUD and you can change the currency on the head of every page.
 
Where do you ship and what are your shipping rates?
 
1. We Ship to worldwide area for free by EMS/DHL.
2. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your shoes have been shipped out.
 
 
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
 
All the items are handled by EMS/DHL (Express Mail Service, door to door service). Generally you will get your items in 5-7days after your order has been processed. In most 
 
cases, the items are received in 5 business days; however we named 7 days in case of delays.
 
 
How do I contact online service after payment was made?
 
You can contact us via email. All inquiries are answered within 12 Hours. If you have not heard from us, please check your Spam Mail.
 
How can I ask you specific questions, before I start?
 
Please use our Contact Us page and write us your questions. Click submit and it will be automatically fowarded to us. We will respond via email by the next business day.
 
 
Do we issue REFUNDS or EXCHANGES?
 
There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless wrong shoe or wrong size shoes was received. Ex: Ordered size 11, received size 9 (based on tags). If you received wrong items, or you find any quality problem, you may return your items within 5 days since the Receipt date. Well the items need to be under intact. Please make sure to send back all 
 
accessories (including the box), otherwise the exchange will be ignored.
 
What is the standard width fitting of our shoes?
 
We utilize a unique type of fit. Due to this our shoes are able to to fit a very wide variety of feet. Our shoes fit from heel to instep (not to the ball of the foot). We refer to this as the "Freedom Fit". Conventional shoes fit across the width of your feet at the toes, which can restrict the natural spreading of your toes under the pressure of walking. Our "Freedom Fit" allows the toes to move freely as you walk.
 
My credit card was declined, now what?
 
There are various reasons for a declined credit card transaction.
The most common reason being that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card statement. If so, please try again with the right billing address.
While at the mean time, A simple typing mistake could also cause the transaction to be declined, including entering the wrong credit card number, wrong expiry date or CVN code 
 
How do I amend my order?
 
You can amend your order once it has been placed, up until the point of dispatch, by using the Contact Us page. Fill out your details including name, address and postcode, your email address, your order ID (if known) and details of the style you would like to change. Don't forget to enter details of the new product you would like to order plus any message you would like to send us. Click here to view the contact us page.
 
How do I cancel my order?
 
You may request cancellation of your order at any time up to the point we dispatch - you can do this by by e-mailing us through our Contact Us page. Please ensure you provide us with your name, address including postcode, the product ordered and your Order ID from your confirmation e-mail.
