Returning
 
You can return purchases from our on-line by mail.
 
You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
 
Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.
 
Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to our Returns Department, it will be returned at your expense.
 
Our items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.
 
Please note : you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return/exchange process. This includes the re-ship fee for your exchange order.
 
RETURN BY MAIL & On-line:
 
Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (invoice date). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
 
Pack the merchandise in its original packaging. Enclose the completed packing slip found on the back of the original invoice.
 
Complete the enclosed return form. Peel and stick both the pre-printed address label AND the provided pre-paid shipping label; on the outside of the carton. Return shipping charges of $22 will be deducted from your refund. Please keep your shipping receipt number for reference and tracking.
 
A credit for the value of the returned merchandise minus shipping charges of $22 will appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
 
If you do not have a pre-paid return shipping label, please contact Customer Service via our Ticket Services.
 
Return Processing
 
For online purchases, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. The refund will include the price of the item(s) being returned along with any taxes charged on the merchandise. No original shipping costs or tax on shipping costs will be refunded. We will process your refund after we receive and inspect your unworn products at our fulfillment center. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to post to your account after your return has been processed. Our Gift Cards can be redeemed at our on-line. If the original order was purchased as a gift, you will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a new Gift Card, which we will ship to the ship-to address from the original order.
 
If you purchased items from us and only paid with a Gift Card, returns will be issued in the form of a new Gift Card for the full order amount, less shipping. If your purchase was paid for with a combination of credit card and Gift Cards, we will default to crediting your credit card first, up until the full amount originally charged and a new Gift Card will be issued for the Gift Card portion of the order.
 
 
FOR EXCHANGES:
 
At this time, we does not offer exchanges. We suggest you return the unwanted item(s), following the return process above, and place a new order for the replacement merchandise through our on-line. If you need assistance please contact our Customer Service via our "Contact Us" page. We will process your return immediately upon receipt and credit your account for the merchandise; less the return shipping charges of $22.
